In the popular suburbs of Dakar, the capital of Senegal, the construction workers of a large tower, after months of not receiving their salaries, decide to leave the country by ocean for a better future. Among them there is a boy named "Suleiman", who is the lover of a girl named "Ida", who have made a love pact with each other.
