Neon Detroit Knights(2019)

Two detectives infiltrate and spy on a criminal organization to destroy it. Thirty years after their commander was killed, the same person who infiltrated the organization to kill him hires them. Now these two detectives are on the streets of Detroit looking for petty criminals to attract them to the organization. One night during their mission, they encounter a suspect who seems unusual. They follow him and travel through a time window to the eighties. Can they change the past without destroying the future?
