The story of this movie is about "Hypatia" (Rachel Weiss), an astronomer and philosopher lady in Alexandria during the Roman rule over this land in the 4th century AD and her relationship with two love rivals, one is her slave "Davos" (Max Mingla) and the other is an aristocrat named "Aristes" (Oscar Isaac). On the one hand, Davos falls in love with his lady, and on the other hand, he can reach freedom by joining the Christian rebellion.
