Out of the Blue(2006)

Normal people do strange things in the face of madness. On November 13th and 14th, 1990 this madness comes to Aramona, a small town in New Zealand. A lone man with a powerful weapon terrorizes everyone. He shot and killed thirteen people and was killed by the police.
