Strike Commando(1986)

Major Mike Ransom is conducting operations behind enemy lines. In the meantime, he finds out that Russian forces have been present in North Vietnam and is ordered to collect documents that prove the presence of Russian forces. Ransom returns to the enemy's territory but is arrested and subjected to various tortures.
