Once Juan Perez, who is the poorest person, becomes famous for what appears to be suicide. In this incident, he pretends that he is standing in front of the government and is unhappy because of his economic situation. The Minister of Economy, who is in trouble because of Perez, decides to give Perez an award that will change his life. But when Perez's friends find out about it, they decide to commit suicide en masse in Mexico City. Perez, who goes to prison for this, decides to get rid of just after his release.
