"Ten to add four" is a documentary-fictional and episodic film that depicts Mania Akbari's conversations with her friends and people around her during her illness in several long sequences. In this film, as in the previous film of this filmmaker, a fixed and continuous camera is used inside a vehicle such as a car or a cable car, and the actors talk to each other in groups of two or three.
