The film begins with the disappearance of a student girl in the city of Salem. Inspector Castro is assigned to handle this case. During the investigation, there is a report of a murder in a night bus traveling from Chennai to Coimbatore. Castro realizes that these two cases may be related and tries to discover the secret of these crimes and identify the killer in a limited time of ten hours.
