Nader (Iraj Qadri) has an accident due to the conspiracy of his fiancee (Mastene Jazairi) and his friend (Kazem Efrandania) and forgets his past. He, who is in the hospital, escapes from the nursing home and meets Behjat (Sapideh), who is in one of the villages in the north of the Health Corps.
