Scent of Paradise(2001)

Hamid's marriage is falling apart due to financial constraints. During a hostage situation, he accidentally owns a bag full of money and escapes with a deaf and mute youth. One of the criminals chases him and finally Hamid is injured by his bullet. The deaf and dumb young man kills the criminal. Hamid finally realizes that the young man with him is not deaf and dumb and is a girl who has made herself deaf and dumb to remain anonymous.
