Downtown Owl is a dark and humorous comedy set in the fictional town of Owl in the state of North Dakota. The story of the film takes place in the days leading up to a huge blizzard in the 20th century in the state of Minnesota. This movie is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Chuck Klosterman.
