The Butterfly Effect(2004)

"Evan Treburn" lives in a small town with his mother. He suffers from memory disturbances and sometimes suddenly finds himself in another place, not knowing how he got there. As he gets older, these disorders decrease, so that he seems to have regained his health little by little. Since he was seven years old, every time he has a disorder, he has written the memory of it. One day in college, he starts reading one of these old memories and suddenly a time lapse takes him back to his past.
