After Agumon escapes from DTAS, an organization that deals with Digimons starts a war with Masuro. Soon Yoshino and Lalamon arrive to arrest Agamone, and the two warriors escape. After the appearance of the evil digimons, it is up to Masuro and Agamone to defeat him with the power of their own DNA. Soon, Masuro must join DTAS to put an end to the Digimon's appearance.
