Mustang Country(1976)

Don, the star of horse racing, turns to horse breeding after retirement. He goes to the vast areas of Montana to hunt wild horses, and on his way, he meets a Native American boy, who runs away from home and introduces himself as Nika. At first, both of them distrust each other, but the occurrence of dangerous incidents causes them to become close and friendly.
