Planetes(2003 - 2004)

In 2075, humans have reached a level of technology that they are able to travel between Earth, Moon and other space stations in their daily life. However, this advancement in technology also brings its own problems, which is the creation of space debris. These wastes cause damage to spacecrafts and sometimes irreparable accidents. The story revolves around a group of Technora company employees who are responsible for collecting this space debris. This part of the company is known as the defect department, or the waste department, and it starts with the arrival of a new employee in this part of the story.
