Lock, Stock...(2000)

A group of four who run a bar in London try to start an economic activity in each episode, but with the mistakes they make, they create comedy results. Ralph Brown in the role of Miami Vice is the head of the local criminal gang, who deals with the problems his friends have created in each episode!
