Slayground(1983)

Several thieves run over a child with a car when they want to escape from the place after a robbery. A deadly assassin who likes to taunt his targets is hired to find and kill these thieves. Stone flees to England, but the killer continues to pursue him. This movie is based on the crime novel written by Donald Westlake.
