The story is about a small farming town called Media Rock. These rocks have strange effects on the people in the city and give different powers to the people. Mostly the evil people get these powers, but along with these meteor showers, a boy comes to earth from space and is accidentally found by a family that could not have children. This child has strange powers and this family decides to raise this child and because they did not want any problems for this child, they keep his exceptional powers a secret from everyone...
