March Comes in Like a Lion(2016 - 2018)

Rei Kiriyama is a 17-year-old boy who has just started living alone and living off the money he earns as a professional shogi player. Despite this financial independence, he has not yet reached emotional independence, and this problem continues to affect his daily life. His relationship with his family has become dark and he can't interact properly with his schoolmates. In the midst of this chaos, his work slowly stagnates and expectations are high for him due to his fifth place in middle school, but he experiences fluctuations and his progress stops.
