Apartment No.13(1990)

Masha Allah, Iranmanesh leaves Kerman for the capital to sell his father's inheritance, apartment number 13, and buy his employer's lathe workshop in his hometown and marry his beloved daughter. But the apartment is not sold because of the residents of the complex who are restless people.
