The Annihilators(1985)

After an ex-Vietnam War veteran returns to his hometown, he finds that his neighborhood has fallen into disrepair and is terrorized by a vicious street gang. Therefore, he called some of his comrades-in-arms, and with their help, they make a plan to get rid of those street mobs.
