The Perils of Pauline(1914)

When young Pauline's rich uncle dies, she inherits a large sum of money. Of course, his uncle's secretary has been introduced as his guardian until he gets married. This means that when he gets married, he can officially own his property. Meanwhile, her supervisor and his colleagues are constantly plotting to get rid of Pauline and take over her property.
