The story is about a man who is trying to discover his identity. A man named "Roman Numeral" with "XIII" tattooed on his neck is a former secret agent who does not remember his past. This man is hunted by a black anti-government organization and then he looks for signs that will lead him to know his past and the secrets that he carries and made him a valuable and possibly dangerous person...
