Agent Aika(1997)

A catastrophic earthquake occurred in Tokyo and most of the land was submerged. Aika is a lifeguard who finds many traces in the ruins under the sea. When Aika accepts the dangerous mission of finding and retrieving a mysterious lago, she learns that she's not the only one she's after.
