Emmanuel Prevert is a beautiful and lustful woman who, despite all her efforts, cannot ignite her husband's sexual desire. At the height of her desperation, she makes love with a number of high-ranking people in society, including the Prime Minister and the American ambassador. The lovers of Chuck's breasts and his jealousy share the news of these scandals with the media and a big scandal ensues.
