Love at First Bite(1979)

Count Dracula (Hamilton) is forced to move to New York because the People's Commissariat wants to turn his Transylvanian palace into a stadium. "Dracula" falls in love with a mannequin named "Cindy Sondheim" (Saint James) on the cover of a magazine, and soon his servant, "Renfield" (Johnson) arranges a meeting with "Cindy" and helps her get "food" from the blood bank.
