Bobby Swagger is one of the best snipers of the American army who retires after a mission in Ethiopia and starts a quiet life. But later, Colonel Jansen informs him that someone is planning to assassinate the president soon, and he should investigate this case and thwart the assassination plan. Bobby accepts this mission and goes to Philadelphia to save the president's life, but soon he finds out that some people have made a cover for him and he is wanted by the police for the crime of attempting to assassinate the president. Now, in addition to escaping from the agents, Bobby must find the conspirators with the help of his two friends Sara and Nik and expose their plan.
