The series is about a family doctor whose office is in a low and poor neighborhood. This doctor, whose name is "Bakr", is a bad-mannered, snobbish, impatient and impatient person, who always criticizes and complains about everything. He has 2 friends in total, one of them is a girl who runs an old cafe and Bakr eats his breakfast and lunch there. The other friend is a blind man who owns a newspaper stall next to the same cafe.
