Rylan Givens, who moved out of Kentucky 15 years ago, now lives in Miami. A crash on a deserted Florida highway sends him to Detroit. There he meets Clement Mansell, aka The Wild Man of Oklahoma, a violent, sociopath-desperate who has slipped through the fingers of Detroit's finest before and plans to do it again.
