Matt Hunter, a former army intelligence officer who resigned to take care of his sister after the death of his parents, goes to visit one of his friends, Larry Richards, who is a candidate for the Senate. He finds out that Larry has been threatened by a group. Some time later, someone shoots him and one of his sons. Matt chases the assailant and kills him.
