"Samir Horn" is an American religious Muslim who was one of the US Army's experts in detecting and neutralizing explosives in the past. The FBI locates him in the vicinity of a bombed area by terrorists. An FBI agent named "Roy Clayton" is assigned to investigate this strange matter and Samir's possible relationship with these bombings. Clayton arrests Horne in Yemen when he is trying to sell explosives to a terrorist group. The terrorists entered the prison and took Horn with them, and later Clayton found out that they were going to bomb one of the American consulates in Nice, France, but the police failed to arrest them. Clito Nerd follows Samir to America and must stop him before he goes to his next target.
