Albert (Galabro), a genius electronics engineer, retires unexpectedly after years of faithful service at a huge computer company. He now spends his time watching television, and slowly begins to invent a means to take revenge on this ungrateful world that has neglected his services. So he designs a gun that enables him to shoot and kill anyone who appears live on camera in the television studios while watching television.
