Valley of the Wolves is about a mafia gang that wants to take control of the country and the people it fights against. This struggle starts from the streets and it is dragged step by step to the Council which is at the top of the hierarchy. The main character is born with the name of Afrahanli and later he is kidnapped by Eslan Ekbind and placed in an orphanage. He is later taken from the orphanage and grows up in a family named Ali Kandan. He becomes the head of the Council of Wolves under the nickname of Polad Alamdar.
