A group of divers headed by Navy officer Kivan Mohtsham went underwater to discover a tracking center for Iranian ships in the Persian Gulf. After identifying the center, they failed to destroy it and were attacked by Iraqi forces. Mohtsham, who was injured in the lung due to the lack of oxygen underwater, was admitted to the hospital, and at the suggestion of Kamran Sepehr, his old classmate, apparently settles scores with the navy and joins Sepehr. Sepehr is an international broker and he plans to force Mohtsham to cooperate by threatening to reveal his private life with his ex-wife Teresa (whom Mohtsham left to return to Iran). Sepehr arranges a show in which a woman similar to Terzar is present with another woman as the daughter of Terza and Mohtsham, forcing Mohtsham to go abroad with him and cooperate with the Iraqis. Abroad, Mohtsham finds out through Marcello, Teresa's brother, who is an actor, that Teresa has been dead for many years and never had a daughter. The people of Sepehr, who are afraid of Mohtsham getting to know the truth of the story, kill Marcello and identify Mohtsham as the murderer. Mohtsham apparently agrees to cooperate with Sepehr and Iraqi forces and takes charge of directing a ship to Iraq. However, with the coordination of the Navy and Rangers, the Iraqis will be disarmed at a suitable opportunity, and the ship tracking center will be identified and targeted. Sepehr fights with Mohtashem in the middle of the water and Mohtashem leaves him near the sharks and saves himself with a helicopter.
