Two stories intertwining during the period of the same period, the hot day in the once lush and now decadent resort town of Acapulco is revealed. The first includes the beautiful and cold Fernanda, who has to deal with the sudden appearance of her former lover, Sweet Lemon. Her boyfriend, Gonzalo, now has to compete with Fernanda and Chino's intense sexual tension. The second story concerns Jamie, an office worker with careless concealment, attempting suicide in a seaside hotel until a precocious and equally incorrect teenage girl disrupts his plan. They will all converge in a harsh and heartbreaking picture of moral ambiguity.
