Medical experiments have gone beyond their limits. The most extreme experiments take place on the island of St. Leonards in the North Atlantic, a prison built for the world's most violent criminals. One of the experiments in this prison goes out of control and causes the whole island to become a horrible and disease-infested labyrinth for the island's survivors.
