Lilo and Stitch once again live together with their friends. Stitch, Jumba, Pikli along with Lilo and Nani live happily together until Jumba, who brought all his experiments with him to Lilo's place of residence, realizes that two of his experiments were stolen by Dr. Jack Hemsterville. Further, they find out that subject number 221 and 625, which are the most dangerous of these experiments, are serving the evil Dr. Hemsterville.
