Kimberly Korman saves the lives of some people from a terrible accident on the highway. In response to the police's questions, she says that she saw this happen before it happened. These words of hers remind everyone of Flight 180, and everyone panics, and soon the survivors die. Only one of the passengers of Flight 180, named Claire Rivers (Ellie Larter), is alive, and she is hospitalized in a mental institution. Kimberly goes to her for help, and finally Claire accepts. After some time, all the survivors of the accident understand that their lives were saved in a strange way (otherwise they should have died by now), and indirectly the survivors of Flight 180 saved their lives, and that is why they are on the death list and death follows them.
