The parents of a teenage girl named Sarah (Connelly) have left her at home to care for her baby brother Toby (Fraud). A group of goblins take advantage of this opportunity to kidnap Toby, and their leader, Jarrett (Boy), tells Sarah that she only has thirteen hours to get past the thousand Tuys who arrive in Goblin City, and if she doesn't succeed, her brother will become a goblin too.
