Cullen Crisp (Tysen), a Los Angeles drug dealer who claims that his wife ran away with their son and three million dollars, finds out in prison that his wife was seen in Astoria. At the same time, "Detective John Kimble" (Schwarzenegger) along with "Phoebe O'Hara" (Reid), who used to be a teacher, are sent to Astoria to secretly work in the kindergarten where the child "Cullen" is, so that they may get the address of his wife.
