This movie is the sequel to Guardians one. An intelligent dog prompts their friend Paul Ferguson (Mark Singer) to call the animal psychologist at the lab (where the genetic manipulation has taken place) and warn that a deadly monster has been released. Then they have to find a way to stop that monster from killing.
