"Bill" (Machio), a lovely student boy from the north, and his friend, "Stanley" (Whitfield), are imprisoned in a remote town in the south, and soon after they learn that they have been accused of a crime. Bill, who has neither money nor friends, decides to contact his cousin, Vinnie (Paschi), who has just become a lawyer.
