Box(1982)

I pasted the landscape photos on the surfaces of the cube and recorded them frame by frame. It looks like the box is rotating forever, but in reality it only rotates 90 degrees. The technique of this feeling is essentially the same as that used in SPACY. My goal was to disturb our awareness of space in the movement from three dimensions to the plane and back. Takashi Ito

In the early afternoon, a mother holding her child stands motionless in the park of a housing project. A landscape that is a symbol of beauty and love. As it turns out, they have no face. The camera is constantly on the point where they disappeared from as if to find something.
