Watts Los Angeles. "Kane" (Turner) and his friend, "O-Dog" (Tate) are enraged by the suspicious reaction of a Korean salesman and his wife, and "O-Dog" kills them both and escapes with "Kane". Kane's parents are dead and he lives with his grandfather and grandmother, and despite their religious preaching, he sinks more and more into the world of crime and violence.
