A foreign spy with the nickname "Sun" is assigned to go to Tokyo before the start of World War II and at the height of Japan's imperialist ambitions in East Asia. He then meets a sympathetic communist who has similar beliefs such as freedom and Tudeh party rules. Suraj succeeds in bringing valuable information about the Axis forces (Nazi Germany, Italy, Japan and other allied countries) and their movement in Asia to the Soviet Republic.
